- EVERY item we sell is guaranteed to be fully operational, by our satisfaction guarantee.
- We only collect sales tax on Michigan sales.
- Shipping is via UPS or the United States Postal Service.
- Time for delivery is up to 10 days plus UPS or United States Postal Service shipping times for most products.
- A 10% restocking fee is assessed on all returns, excluding exchanges.
- We allow returns up to 15 days after receipt of an item.
- Consumables (dog treats, bones, etc) and shipping fees are non refundable.
- We do not warranty user damage; initial defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- Returns must be shipped Pre-Paid with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or will be refused.
- If paying by Paypal, we only accept payments from confirmed addresses.
- We do not accept payments funded with an E-check.

Typographical Errors
